On Saturday we went to the Flipside roadshow townhall. It was held at a quirky little mexican restaurant/dive bar called Last Concert Cafe. The atmosphere reminded me of Austin. We didn't stay the entire time but it was nice to be around the community. Especially since I didn't get to go last year because I was very very pregnant. I won't be going again this year because it's just too darn hot for Josephine. I worry a lot about dehydration for our little one. One day I will venture to a burning man type event but for now I am on a mama hiatus with my little one. Who knows we may take Josephine to one of the events in the future. I like the idea of going to a burn that has more kid friendly theme camps.
josephine looks so much better when she's out and about rather than on the sheet indoors! i like her expression too. what is strange is that one day she'll read these blog posts... and the comments... hi jospehine in the future!
